PASHA Bank announces the opening of the "Knowledge Journey" project in Ganja

PASHA Bank, a socially responsible citizen, held the opening ceremony of the “Knowledge Journey” (“Bilik Səfəri”) project, which it implemented in Ganja, the second largest city of Azerbaijan, in order to contribute to the regional development of the country.
This initiative, implemented within the framework of the bank’s corporate social responsibility program, is aimed at training new specialists who meet the requirements of the modern labor market. ADA University and the Azerbaijan Banking and Financial Training Center are acting as project partners. 65 participants were selected as successful candidates from among those who registered to join the project. Of the participants who have the opportunity to benefit from the opportunities provided, 35 will attend contact center training and 30 will attend information technology training. Participants include students, recent graduates and professionals with up to 10 years of work experience.
The three-month program will include special training programs and intensive sessions prepared by professional trainers. The goal is to develop the participants’ practical knowledge and skills that are in high demand in the labor market.
Since its inception, PASHA Bank has identified human capital development, knowledge sharing, and regional capacity building as key priorities. In line with its long-term strategy, the Bank will continue to undertake projects that expand the educational and career opportunities of young people in the future.
