"Norm" is a partner of the new stage of "4SI Academy - National Program"

"Norm" OJSC has joined the new stage of the "4SI Academy - National Program" implemented by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SİM) under the Ministry of Economy and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Education in conjunction with the US company "Coursera".

By joining this initiative within the framework of its corporate social responsibility strategy, the company expressed its support for the development of education in our country, strengthening human capital, increasing digital skills and forming competencies in line with the requirements of future professions.

Within the framework of the program, 21,000 free online training opportunities are provided to Azerbaijani citizens. The trainings have been developed by more than 375 prestigious universities and technology companies around the world. These partners include global technology leaders such as Stanford, Oxford, Yale, Duke, Michigan and London universities, as well as Google, IBM, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon Web Services and DeepLearning.AI.

It should be noted that the implementation and support of projects that create long-term value for society in accordance with sustainable development goals is one of the main directions of the corporate social responsibility strategy of "Norm". Adhering to the principles of responsible business, the company attaches special importance to initiatives that serve the socio-economic development of the country. Within this framework, by participating in various education-oriented projects, it supports the formation of future qualified personnel potential, the development of knowledge and skills of young people, increasing their digital skills and their adaptation to the requirements of the changing labor market.
