Innovation in Azerbaijani Football – New sponsorship agreement has been signed

A new stage begins in Azerbaijani football. A sponsorship agreement has been signed between the Professional Football League and “Bizon” brand of the “Avrora Group”.

According to information provided by the “Avrora” company, according to the agreement, the Azerbaijan Cup, one of the most prestigious football tournaments in our country, will henceforth be held under the name “Bizon Azerbaijan Cup”. It should be noted that the tournament, which has grown even more in recent years with state support and is held among 34 teams covering all of Azerbaijan, aims to further develop the country's football.

For your information, we would like to inform you that with this agreement, the naming rights of the Azerbaijan Cup will belong to “Bizon” brand. This cooperation is an indicator of the support given by BİZON brand to development of sports, especially popularization of football.

“Avrora Group” also makes great contributions to the country's sports. Thus, it provides its support through sponsorships to the “Europan Football Academy” for the development of children's football, “Araz-Nakhchivan” football club for the development of futsal football, “Zira” football club for the development of professional football, and women's volleyball club of the National Aviation Academy for the development of volleyball.
