"FutureFem 2.0" project has been launched with the support of Azercell

The program will contribute to the development of entrepreneurial and leadership skills of 100 female students

The opening ceremony of the “FutureFem 2.0 - Strengthening Women's Entrepreneurship and Innovation Potential” project, implemented with the support of Azercell, was held. The project is one of the winning initiatives within the framework of Azercell's "We make life fuller: Women Support Program" ("Həyatı daha dolğun edirik:qadınlara dəstək proqramı") aimed at supporting the social and economic development of women and is implemented by the "Bir Könüllü" Student Cooperation Public Union. The "FutureFem 2.0" project aims to develop the knowledge and skills of young women in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology.

It should be noted that the "FutureFem 2.0" project is a three-month development program to be implemented during March-May and covers 100 female students. The project consists of 6 main stages and 8 training modules in total. Within the framework of the program, participants will gain practical knowledge and skills in the areas of entrepreneurship fundamentals, financial literacy, marketing, innovative thinking, digital transformation, leadership and effective communication. The trainings will be held with the participation of experts in the relevant fields. Participants will be divided into three groups of 33, 33 and 34 people and will participate in two-week training modules on each topic on a rotational basis.

At the end of the project, at the “FutureFem Challenge” stage, participants will present their innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented ideas to experts and a jury. The ideas presented in the competition will be evaluated in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and the most successful teams will receive additional mentoring and development opportunities.

The project is organized by the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
