“From the School Classroom to Orbital Missions”: the space education program has been completed

“From Classroom to Orbital Missions” educational program has been completed.

The information was provided by the Azerbaijan Space Academy, operating under the Space Agency (“Azercosmos”).

It was reported that during the final sessions dedicated to the topics “Data Analysis and Decision-Making” and “Final Mission: Integrated Internet of Things (IoT) System,” participants presented the space missions they had developed throughout the program and demonstrated the practical application of the knowledge and skills they had acquired. They also showed their ability to make decisions based on the analysis of data obtained from satellites.

Over the course of eight sessions, participants gained practical knowledge and skills in areas such as space mission planning, satellite system design, satellite communications, programming, the application of sensor technologies, and the collection, processing, and analysis of data.

As a result of the program, participants mastered the full life cycle of a space mission — from developing the mission concept to its practical implementation.
