Expressbank held a clean-up campaign in Mingachevir

Expressbank - as a financial institution committed to its social responsibility, continues to take initiatives aimed at protecting the environment.

During the next campaign held on the occasion of World Environment Day within the framework of the corporate social responsibility project "Caring for nature - Legacy for the future" ("Təbiətə qayğı - Gələcəyə miras") with the support of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA), employees of the bank's head office and Mingachevir branch carried out cleaning work in the beach area located in the Mingachevir reservoir basin.

The campaign aimed to protect the ecological balance in Mingachevir, one of the strategically important cities of the country, in accordance with the goals and priorities of the "Year of Urban Planning and Architecture".

Expressbank evaluates the principles of sustainable development as one of the main directions of its activity strategy and implements consistent social projects in this area. It should be noted that last year's similar cleaning campaign of the bank took place on the shores of the Caspian Sea.
