"Career Camp" launched for children deprived of parental care

The "Career Camp" has been launched within the framework of the "Career Bridge" (“Karyera körpüsü”) project jointly implemented by the State Employment Agency and the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population (ƏƏSMN).

This was reported by the Public Relations Department of the ƏƏSMN.

It was stated that the aim of the project is to support senior students and graduates of social service institutions for children deprived of parental care to be prepared for the labor market, develop their personal and professional skills, and build a successful career in the future.

During the 5-day camp, interactive trainings on motivation, self-awareness, labor market, career planning, effective communication, and time management will be organized for the participants. They will also be involved in trainings covering topics such as CV preparation, job interview preparation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market, as well as cultural and entertainment programs.

It should be noted that within the framework of the "Career Bridge" project, two-year individual development plans will be prepared for participants. They will be provided with career and vocational counseling services and measures will be implemented to expand employment opportunities.
