"Araz" supermarket chain, which is part of the "Veysaloglu" Group of Companies, continues its projects in the direction of nature protection and ecology. In this regard, "Card to Art" social-ecological project was implemented in Khankendi this time, organized by "Tamiz Shahar" OJSC, with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the "Araz" supermarket chain.
Within the framework of the project, a box intended for collecting plastic cards was placed in Khankendi branch of the "Araz" supermarket chain.
Khankendi residents will contribute to the reduction of plastic waste in this region by throwing their expired plastic (bank, transport, discount, etc.) cards into the box at Khankendi branch of "Araz".
It should be noted that within the framework of the project, plastic cards collected in special boxes placed in various locations will be directed to creative people and will be transformed into various works of art with their touch. The prepared art samples will be presented to visitors at "Card to Art" exhibition to be organized at "From Waste to Art" museum, created at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
The first box within the framework of the "Card to Art" socio-ecological project was placed in "Gutgashinli superstore" branch.
