Azercell supports the project to enhance educational opportunities for women.

“Huma Gushu” Educational Support Fund launches scholarship program with Azercell’s support

Winners of Azercell's “Empowering Lives: Women's Support Program” launched in August last year continue to drive impactful initiatives aimed at fostering women’s empowerment and professional growth, thus contributing to their economic independence.

As part of this initiative, the “Huma Gushu” Educational Support Fund, one of the program’s awardees, has announced a new scholarship program for young females from vulnerable backgrounds to enhance access to higher education.

By providing such educational opportunities, the initiative seeks to strengthen women's role in society and improve their overall well-being. Since its establishment in 2022, the “Huma Gushu” educational initiative has supported more than 30 students striving for education. With Azercell's support, 5 more female students will be awarded scholarships, contributing towards their educational expenses.

The scholarship application is open to women aged 16 to 35 pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees at universities in Azerbaijan and abroad. Interested applicants should submit the required documents to HumaGushuFund@gmail.com by February 20.
