“Azerpocht” LLC, a company within AZCON Holding, organized a blood donation drive in collaboration with the Republican Blood Bank of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan as part of its corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The blood donation campaign, which saw the participation of numerous employees, was conducted by the specialized medical team of the Republican Blood Bank. All donors underwent the necessary medical examinations, and the process was carried out under the supervision of hematologists.
After undergoing laboratory testing, the collected blood will be used to support the treatment of patients suffering from thalassemia, hemophilia, leukemia, and other hematological disorders.
It should be noted that blood transfusions and blood components play a vital role in saving the lives of many patients. By regularly organizing voluntary blood donation campaigns, “Azerpocht” LLC contributes to increasing national blood reserves and ensuring a sustainable blood supply for individuals living with blood disorders.
