A public hearing was held in Bilasuvar regarding the "Employment Support Project"
A public hearing was held in Bilasuvar region in order to raise awareness about the "Employment Support Project" implemented by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population with the financial support of the World Bank and to involve the intended target categories in the project.
According to the information provided by the Public Relations Department of the Ministry, in the meeting held with the participation of job seekers and unemployed people who want to start their own business, the goals and objectives of the project, scope, requirements for environmental and social issues during the implementation of the project, as well as the expected benefits of the program, application and participation rules were discussed. Detailed information was provided and questions of the participants were answered.
Printed materials containing information about the project and presented business envelopes were distributed to the participants.
It should be noted that the "Employment Support Project" aims to support the creation of small businesses of 22,000 unemployed persons belonging to vulnerable groups within the framework of the Self-employment program. So far, up to 7,000 people have been given assets and small businesses have been established within the project.
