61 students from Karabakh University participated in the IBA internship program
Within the framework of cooperation between Karabakh University and the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA), a practical training program aimed at improving the professional development and practical skills of students was implemented.
The university reported that within the framework of the program, students got acquainted with the real work environment in various branches of IBA, had the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge they gained at the university during practical activities and develop their professional skills.
A total of 162 students applied for participation in the practical training program. 61 students who successfully completed the selection stages gained the right to participate in the program and underwent practical training in various branches of IBA.
During the program, in addition to the development of students' professional knowledge and skills, various training and development-oriented activities were organized to support their personal and career development.
Cooperation between Karabakh University and IBA creates conditions for students to acquire competencies in accordance with the modern requirements of the labor market, gain practical experience and expand future career opportunities.
Such initiatives are important in terms of strengthening students' readiness for the labor market and supporting their professional development.
